Some exciting features and changes are just aroujnd the corner.

1. We are in the process of adding support for IPsec+IKEv2 which will replace IPsec+L2TP and will also be part of our upcoming iOS VPN client app. IKEv2 connections can be tested already in some locations. Please check the instructions

2. We added support for SOCKS5 proxy connections in Netherlands and Canada. Setting it up is very easy. Here are the instructions for some of the most common torrent clients.

3. Our VPN client software for Windows and Mac will be updated within the next few days. One of its main improvements is that it will default to the faster and more secure AES-GCM cipher instead of AES-CBC with OpenVPN connection, if available. We are currently rolling out support for AES-GCM on all servers and a very quick restart will be needed. We will announce the maintenance window when known.
