Server maintenance is required due to important security and service functionality updates. The maintenance is scheduled during the lowest usage times, based on locations and time-zones, to minimize the impact on service availability. 

Impact:

- Active (already established) VPN connections will be dropped and reconnected.
- Authentication process may face delays, up to 30 seconds.
- For a short period, all locations (including non-European) may face connectivity problems during the European maintenance window. 
- Access to Client Area may not be available during the maintenance window.

Duration:

- 1 to 2 hours for each locations cycle.

- COMPLETE: European VPN gateways: Thursday 22/06/2017, 07:00 - 10:00 UTC.
- COMPLETE: Asia-Pacific VPN gateways: Thursday 22/06/2017, 20:00 - 21:00 UTC.
- COMPLETE: North American VPN gateways: Friday 23/06/2017, 11:00 - 12:00 UTC.
